The ₹299 kit
Step 5 is the hard one: what to write, and to whom. The kit has it ready to fill. Ten files, in English and Hindi.
- Complaint to the lender or NBFC
- KYC record request
- Dispute letters for CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF High Mark, each marking the account "not mine / identity theft"
- Text for the cybercrime.gov.in complaint
- RBI Integrated Ombudsman complaint, for after 30 days of no reply
- A dated case timeline sheet
- A checklist of what to attach: FIR or complaint acknowledgement, Aadhaar, PAN, credit report page
One payment. Each letter has [brackets] for your details.
What it cannot do
- A letter does not remove an entry. The lender and the bureau do. The letters ask them to, in writing, and start the clock.
- It does not find who did it.
- Some lenders take longer than 30 days.
- Rules and portals change. Check the links before you file.
