NO SUS is a secure study group workspace designed for students and educators to collaborate on documents, share files, and communicate privately. The service includes features for group management, file sharing, encrypted burn notes, and activity logging.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use NO SUS. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You agree to use NO SUS only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes:
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload (documents, files, notes). By uploading content, you grant NO SUS a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, access, and serve that content as necessary to provide the service. Burn notes are encrypted client-side and immediately deleted after being read or upon expiration — NO SUS does not retain access to decrypted content.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → Delete User Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data and uploaded files are permanently removed from our servers. Group memberships are revoked and audit logs are retained for group security purposes without personal identifiers.
NO SUS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NO SUS and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized access — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NO SUS and its creators from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the service in violation of law, or your infringement of any intellectual property right.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and sending a notice through the app. Your continued use of NO SUS after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or pose a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NO SUS regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements.
